Preventative Services

Comprehensive Exam First Visit
Doctor Periodic Exam 2/calendar year
Diagnostic x-rays and Images 1/calendar year
Cleaning 2/calendar year
Fluoride Treatment 1/calendar year
Oral Cancer Screening 1/calendar year
Emergency Exam 1/calendar year

In absence of periodontal disease, if the patient fails to schedule their 2 cleanings during the contract period, this service will be forfeited. There is no carry-over period. If the patient fails to show for their scheduled cleaning appointment without 48 hours’ notice, this service will be forfeited.

Membership Terms

  • Patient agrees that Robinson Dentistry fees must be paid at the time services are rendered. Any service not paid for at the time of service will be billed at full fee. Valid only when paid at the time of enrollment. All family members must live in the same household. This is not an insurance product.
  • Additional 5% savings by paying in full with cash or check.
  • Plan excludes all in-office lab fees and products not limited to: whitening gel, Zoom whitening, SMYLE XO whitening, antibacterial rinses, fluoride toothpastes, electronic toothbrushes and replacement heads.
  • If needing to cancel a scheduled appointment, contact our office between the hours of 8:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Thursday, within 48 hours of your visit for changes to our schedule (excludes weekends).
